This session will focus on understanding the presence of grief within organizational change processes and workplace culture shifts. The call to shape new visions does not come without the difficult process of letting go. Change and transition brings both challenge and renewal. We will explore ways of honoring the past, deepening trust, and embracing discomfort as practices of welcoming transformation.
