Kevin is a Project Manager at the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. As part of the National Council’s Trauma-informed, Resilience-oriented, and Equity-focused Systems (TIROES) team, he assists in consulting organizations looking to integrate principles of TIROES into their work and services. Previously, Kevin worked for the Massachusetts Health Policy Commission where he helped lead the Community Hospital Acceleration, Revitalization, and Transformation (CHART) program, a grant program developed to enhance behavioral health services and coordination between hospitals and community-based organizations across the state.
Kevin has also consulted for several federal government agencies, including the Census Bureau’s research, public education, and advertising campaign for the 2020 Census, with the aim of identifying and increasing response rates among historically undercounted communities.
Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
