Johanna Dolan

Johanna Dolan has developed and run in-person and online training/events for a wide variety of organizations, including SUD treatment centers; community organizations; and other organizations that employ recovery coaches both in the United States and abroad.  Johanna was previously a program manager at an addiction recovery treatment center where they served as a non-clinical member of the Clinical Management Team; started an LGBTQ peer group on campus; and developed and co-facilitated the first company-wide LGBTQ Equality training across numerous campuses.  She is a Recovery Coach Professional, peer trainer, peer supervisor, and focuses much of her time on integrating recovery coaches into various settings.  Johanna brings 25 years of lived recovery experience (established August 10, 1997) to her work.

They are a board member of the International Association of Recovery Coach Professionals, the Maryland Behavioral Health Advisory Council, James’s Place Inc., and the Board Chair of The Frederick Center.

Johanna is a member of the IARCP, ICF, and completed their coach training under teachers Tony Robbins, Cloe Madanes, Mark Peysha, and Magali Peysha. Johanna is a graduate of Purdue Global University.
