Description: In this community of practice, we’ll discuss ways that supervisors can move away from monitoring staff recovery and put peer values into practice in order to support staff wellness. We’ll talk about ways to center the needs of staff as well as boundaries around monitoring staff recovery vs. appropriate workplace oversight.
