Kasi Royal is a passionate and mission-focused leader committed to revitalizing communities through strategy and innovation. As the Chief Operating Officer at One World Recovery Network, she collaboratively designs innovative strategies to advance health equity across diverse communities. Kasi has a strong background in branding, marketing, and culture studies that informs her work to inspire positive social change.
She earned her BA in Political Science from Spelman College and her Master’s in Social Entrepreneurship and Change from Pepperdine University. Kasi has years of experience in social impact work, collaborating alongside both non-profit and for-profit organizations on projects to improve social outcomes. She has served as a Board Member focused on advancing the development of Recovery Community Organizations. She has also served as a consultant on the Robert Wood Johnson: Health Equity Collective (HEC) project.
