Wardell Royal III has played a pivotal role in driving social transformation through strategic engagement initiatives. With a BA in Sociology from Morehouse College and a Credential of Readiness in Business Fundamentals from Harvard Business School Online, Mr. Royal III leverages his multidisciplinary expertise to advance health equity and foster positive social change within the recovery landscape.

His dedication to social impact extends beyond national borders, as demonstrated by his collaboration with Fundación Paraguaya in Asuncion, Paraguay. There, he worked to enhance marketing materials and strategies, furthering the organization's mission to reach a global community.

Wardell has served on various boards and committees as an advocate for social transformation, where he has contributed to initiatives aimed at developing recovery community organizations and a more diverse peer workforce.  Through his knowledge, experience, and unwavering commitment to health equity and social change, he is instrumental in advancing the recovery landscape and ensuring that individuals from all backgrounds have equitable access to support and resources.
