From Philadelphia's Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services (DBHIDS), these guidelines are designed to help systems in delivering services and supports that promote recovery, resilience, and self-determination in children, youth, adults, and families.
The guidelines apply to all treatment providers and individuals who are reimbursed for working in a provider organization at all levels of care. However, they are not intended to encapsulate all possible services or supports that promote recovery and resilience.
Funding for this initiative was made possible by grant no. 1H79TI083022 from SAMHSA. The views expressed in written conference materials or publications and by speakers and moderators do not necessarily reflect the official policies of the Department of Health and Human Services; nor does mention of trade names, commercial practices, or organizations imply endorsement by the U.S. Government.
