The goal of the Sustainability Institute is to equip RCO executive leaders, emerging leaders, and/or board members with the skills they need to enhance their organization's effectiveness and ensure its long-term success. We are inviting teams of three individuals from a single organization to apply for this training.

Through 9 sessions of interactive training, customized resources, and opportunities for peer learning, you'll gain a wealth of valuable knowledge and practical tools to effectively manage your operations and strengthen your RCO. We believe that by fostering a supportive and collaborative environment, you'll be able to learn from the experiences of others, share best practices, and develop strategies for long-term sustainability. In the 9 sessions, we will delve into the following topics: Nonprofit Lifecycles, Revisiting your Mission & Vision Statements, Communication Plans, Organizational Infrastructure, Developing Partnerships, Leadership & Succession Planning, Budgets and Budget Revisions.

Sessions will be held every Wednesday, from May 1- June 26, 2024 @ 12pm - 2pm Eastern.
(11am-1pm Central/ 10am-12pm Mountain/ 9-11am Pacific)
