In this community of practice, we invite the PRSS workforce to engage in a conversation about the importance of building credibility as a workforce through new lenses. We’ll explore the impact of adapting clinical modalities, such as motivational interviewing or cognitive behavioral therapy, to the practice of peer support as well as what it might look like to stand in our own expertise as people with lived experience.
