This session will focus on what it means to build equity for Trans/Non-binary peers within the workplace. A collective call to action for those seeking to offer a more radically inclusive peer work environment centered in liberation and love. Together we will explore tangible ways of building affirming workspaces for members of the Trans/Non-binary community. Visioning workplaces beyond erasure towards a celebration of identity.
