Peers, and other providers within the recovery ecosystem, recognize the significant amount of effort that is necessary to positively impact those struggling with alcohol and drug use. Because of the complex nature of the disease of addiction, recovery organizations partner with a variety of community resources available. The ability to conceptualize, measure, and present a framework for collaborative efforts is useful to anyone seeking funding to continue their work. There will be sufficient time for learning through discussion, examples, and questions.
In the first session, we learned how to describe and identify this network. In this session, we will discuss ways to measure and track these collaborative efforts.
